Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) is a national organization that helps students develop leadership, academic, and career skills in business and related fields. At the State Leadership Conference, students from across Arkansas compete in a wide range of academic events, showcasing their knowledge and skills in areas such as business concepts, technology, accounting, and design. Competitions often include objective tests, performance-based tasks, and presentations, with the top students advancing through multiple rounds.
