Registration Information
For New Students (K-12)
First and foremost, welcome to Woodlawn School District! We are excited for your student to join us!
For online registration through PowerSchool Enrollment, parents of new students may click the link below, create an account(if you do not already have a PowerSchool account) and complete the registration process. Please create only ONE account per household and use the email address to which all school district correspondence should be directed. IMPORTANT: Please retain your username and password for future use. If you are registering after September, please contact the school office to inform them you have submitted a registration request. You can also bring documents to the school office if you have trouble uploading them in PowerSchool.
If you do not have access to a device to enroll your student online, you may come by the school and one will be available for you to use beginning July 21, 2025.
Your student will not be considered registered until these steps are completed:
PowerSchool online enrollment has been approved by the school registrar
All required documentation has been received by the school
Birth Certificate
Student Social Security Card
Current Immunization Records
Court Order (if applicable)
Proof of Residency - must be within the Woodlawn School District boundaries (e.g. a recent utility bill or rental agreement with verifiable parent name and address). The following will NOT be accepted: P.O. Box Number, personal property tax receipt, phone bill or mail with the address*
All additional REQUIRED forms (links found at the bottom of the page) are completed and submitted

For Returning Students (1-12)
Welcome back! We are happy to see you again!
Online registration is now open for the 2025-2026 school year! We request that all families update their student’s information prior to July 25, 2025.
You will receive a SNAPCODE from the Arkansas Department of Education (noreplyregistration@powerschool.com) on how to update your student’s information for the 2025-2026 school year. If you do not see an email from the above mentioned source, please check your spam folder. Your login/password will be the same one that you created last year. This email will be pushed out July 1, 2025.
Your student will not be considered registered until these steps are completed:
