The Junior High Quiz Bowl Team placed 3rd in the 2A South Regional Junior High Quiz Bowl Tournament at Poyen on Friday, February 2nd, as well as qualifying two for the All-Star Quiz Bowl Team (Cash Hargis and Samuel Lovette. They will be traveling to Sringdale, AR next Friday to compete in the 2A Junior High Quiz Bowl State Finals on Saturday, February 17th. Way to go guys!!
Due to the expected traffic from the District Tournament next week. Woodlawn Schools will be releasing at 2:30 on Tuesday, February 13th. We will keep our regular Wednesday release the same.

Attention parents.
Woodlawn High School will be hosting the 8-2A district basketball next from February 12th through February 16th. Due to the amount of traffic expected from the basketball games, Parent/Teacher conferences originally scheduled for February 13th will be moved to February 20th.
School will be released on February 20th at 1:30 and parent/teacher conferences will be from 2:30-7:30.

Woodlawn Schools will resume regular schedule tomorrow. Buses will run at regular times. With most of the ice melting, we still want to encourage everyone to drive slowly and safely tomorrow! Thank you
Woodlawn Schools will start today at 10:00 am. Buses will begin running before hand and will stick to paved roads this morning.
If you deem it unsafe to get your child out to the bus or to school, they will be excused for today. The roads will be evaluated again this afternoon to determine afternoon routes.

Good Morning! We are out driving the roads right now evaluating the condition of the main roads. There is still a possibility of school closure. An official decision will be made at 8:00 am.
Your child's safety is our priority. If you are unable to get your child to the bus or if do not feel comfortable getting them to school, they will be excused.

If you feel it is too dangerous to send your student tomorrow, please do not take any chances. We understand some are still dealing with a large amount of ice.
